Our primary objective in collecting user information is to provide and enhance the Services and to enable users to enjoy the Services.
"Personal information" means information about you that can be used to contact or identify you. The personal information types collected in accordance with the Services may vary depending on the activity and may, without limitation, include:
Your e-mail address;
Your telephone number;
Your facility management services calls and/or other calls and any information and/or content associated therewith and/or related thereto, including, without limitation, pictures and/or videos taken by you and/or texts made available by you through the Services;
Your employment position/title;
Your physical locations, including, without limitation, inside any facility; and
Your profile pictures.
You are not required by law to provide us with any of the above information; however, if you do not provide certain information, you may not be able to use the Services.
"Non-personal information" is information that, when taken alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you. During your use of the Services we may collect non-personal information about your use of the Services. We may also invite you to share non-personal information about yourself.
If non-personal information is collected for an activity that also requires personal information, we may combine your non-personal information with your personal information in an attempt to provide you with a better user experience, to improve the value and quality of the Services and to analyze how the Services are used.
In addition to information collected as described above, you may choose to share additional information about yourself through the Services. Any additional pictures, image, pictures, texts and/or information you provide may be publicly displayed.
Please note that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable screens or pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your personal information.
Other information we may collect includes information about your computer, software, platform, incident data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, network Media Access Control (MAC) address and connection, browser type, browser language, referring pages, exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time of this activity so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, services, and advertising. We may also receive either non-personal or public information from third parties in connection with market and demographic studies and/or data that we may use to supplement personal information provided directly by you.
Use of Your Information
Your consent serves as the legal basis for processing your information. We may use or process your personal information for the following purposes. One or more purposes may apply simultaneously.
1. Providing the Requested Services
We collect personal information to provide you with the Services you or the Organization you are associated with, contracted to receive.
Such collection of information will enable us to provide you with technical and professional assistance, with regard to the Services you use or intend to use.
We process the personal information where it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract regarding the requested Services.
2. Improvement and Development of the Services

Improve and develop our Services and understand feedback on the Services.
Help make the Services easier for you to use by not having to enter information more than once.

Help us create and/or display content that is most relevant to you.

3. Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment
We may use your information to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents in the following ways;
Verify and authenticate your identity and prevent unauthorized or illegal activity;
Handle breakdowns and malfunctions;
Prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity theft and other illegal activities and misuse of the Services;
Enhance the safety and security of our Services;
Conduct security investigations and risk assessments;
We process this information in light of our legitimate interest in improving our Services and enabling our users to browse in a secure environment.
4. Personalize Content, Advertising and Marketing
If you have used our Services in the past, we have a legitimate business interest for matching the data we collect with other data we had already collected.
This enables us to understand your needs and interests, optimize the content we send you and make it more suitable and relevant to your needs.
This also enables us to improve your experience on the Services by providing you with personalized content, recommendations, and features.
The personal information you provide will allow us to send you messages regarding, among other things, new products or services, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests and events of interest. You may at any time opt-out of any of these communications.
We process this information in light of our legitimate interest to personalize your experience and customize our content.
If we intend to further use or process your personal information for a purpose other than set forth in this policy, we will provide you prior to that further use or processing with information on that other purpose.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
From time to time, we employ third party contractors to collect personal information on our behalf to provide e-mail delivery, product, prize or promotional fulfillment, contest administration or other services through the Services. When requesting these services, you may be asked to supply your name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address to its contractors. We may ask some third party contractors, such as, data analytics or market research firms, to supplement personal information that you provide to us for our own marketing and demographic studies, so that we can consistently improve our sites and related advertising to better meet our visitors' needs and preferences. To enrich our understanding of individual customers, we may tie this information to the information you provide us.
In such cases, these third parties must abide by our data privacy and security requirements and are not allowed to use personal information they receive from us for any other purpose. We may also disclose personal information as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. When we transfer personal information, we use a variety of legal mechanisms, including contracts, to help ensure your rights and protections travel with your data. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the terms and conditions of the Services or to protect our operations or users. Additionally, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Note that in the ordinary course of Internet activity, certain information may be sent from your browser to third parties such as advertising networks and analytics companies. We have no control over the information sent from your browser to those networks or other third parties and recommend that you ensure that your browser settings prevent the disclosure of information you would not like to share.
The Services may contain links to other websites or applications. The fact that the Services link to a website or application or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement does not mean that we endorse or authorize that third party, nor is it a representation of any affiliation with that third party. If you click on a link to a third party website or application, including on an advertisement, you will leave our website which you are visiting or application you are running and will go to the website or application linked to. These third party websites and applications may place their own cookies or other files on your computer or mobile device, and may collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other sites and applications follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your personal information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as us. You are therefore encouraged to read the privacy policies or statements of other websites and applications you visit before providing any personal information.

In some jurisdictions, in particular those located within the European Union (the "EU") or within the European Economic Area (the "EEA"), you may be afforded specific rights regarding your personal information. Subject to such eligibility, you may have the following rights to:
Request a rectification of your personal information where the information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete.
Object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
Object to the processing of your personal information where our legal basis for that processing is that such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests.
Object to an automated decision-making (including profiling) in certain circumstances.
Request the erasure of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as where processing is no longer necessary for the purpose it was originally collected for, and there is no compelling reason for us to continue to process or store it;
Receive your personal information, or ask us to transfer it to another organization that you have provided to us, which we process by automated means, where our processing is either based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
You can request the deletion of the personal information ServicesApp has collected or withdraw your consent to the processing of such information, and disable its future collection by contacting us at email@example.com. From that point, we shall not have the right to process your personal information, and you'll not be allowed to use our Services. Note, however, that you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of data processing we carried out based on your consent before such withdrawal.
To the extent the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") applies to our processing of your personal information, and unless otherwise stated, with respect to the Services provided via our application, ServicesApp is the data processor of personal information we collect, and the Organization is the data controller. Therefore, the provision of the above rights may be subject to the Organization’s discretion.
The authority supervising our processing activity is the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, and you have the right to file a complaint to it or any other relevant supervisory authority.

California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) permits users who are California residents to request to exercise certain rights. If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you the right to request certain information about our practices with respect to your personal information. In particular, you can request to receive information on the following:
The categories and specific pieces of your personal information that we have collected.
The categories of sources from which we collected your personal information.
The business or commercial purposes for which we collected your personal information.
The categories of third parties with which we shared your personal information.
You can be rest assured that we do not sell your personal information.
If you choose to exercise your rights, we will not charge you different prices or provide different quality of our services, unless those differences are related to your provision of your personal information.
Please note that you must verify your identity and request before further action is taken. As a part of this process, government identification may be required. Moreover, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide, will only cover the 12 month period preceding your verifiable request's receipt. If, for some reason, we cannot reply within such time frame, our response will include an explanation for our inability to comply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
Deny you goods or services.

Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a Federal US law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out strict penalties for violations.
To be in accordance with CANSPAM, ServicesApp agrees to the following:
Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
Identify the commercial message sent to you as an advertisement when required.
Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at email@example.com and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.
WE WILL RETAIN AND USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR AS LONG AS YOUR SERVICESAPP ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE OR AS NEEDED TO PROVIDE YOU THE SERVICES. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICESAPP ACCOUNT OR REQUEST THAT WE NO LONGER USE YOUR INFORMATION AS SET FORTH HEREIN, YOU MAY DO SO AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING US AT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THE "YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA RETENTION" SECTION BELOW. NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE INSTANCES WHERE WE ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION.
We do not retain location information longer than required to provide the Services or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Because these needs can vary for different data types in the context of different products, actual retention periods can vary significantly. The criteria used to determine the retention periods include:
How long is the personal information needed to provide the Services and operate our business? This is the general rule that establishes the baseline for most data retention periods.
Do customers provide, create, or maintain the data with the expectation we will retain it until they affirmatively remove it? In such cases, we maintain the data until you actively delete it.
Is the personal information of a special category under the GDPR (as defined below)? If so, a shortened retention time would generally be appropriate.
Has ServicesApp adopted and announced a specific retention period for a certain data type?
Has the user provided consent for a longer retention period? If so, we will retain data in accordance with your consent.
Is ServicesApp subject to a legal, contractual, or similar obligation to retain the data? Examples can include mandatory data retention laws in the applicable jurisdiction, government orders to preserve data relevant to an investigation, or data that must be retained for the purposes of litigation.
We have made reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing. When we transmit highly confidential data over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

Privacy of Children
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from visitors in this age group. All users must be (a) at least of legal age to form a binding contract with us or under the strict and continuous supervision of a parent or any other qualified legal guardian, and (b) not barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the country in which they are resident or from which they use the Services.
While we are very passionate about our Service and feel it can truly benefit our users, we believe it is not appropriate for children. In order to assist us with ensuring children do not enter or use our Service, please let us know of any activity you have encountered, or reasonably suspect, by children under the age of 16.
